because I am a dancer. I could always out dance Michael, even today.

It's not full dance, but I do cut loose a little at the end, to Talking Heads 15:00. It's just a workout combining a lot of my own movements, all geared towards dance.

My spring and jumps are coming back after an old injury wasn't properly rehabbed. I am so happy!!!
