He described the planet's inhabitants as attractive 8-foot-tall humanoids that are hermaphroditic and can self-reproduce. They can communicate telepathically and are interested in guiding Earth to a more spiritual path, Chong said. He added that they have been involved in our history over millennia, including helping the Allied powers defeat the Nazis by not allowing them to develop the atomic bomb. The Thiaooubans also explained that ghosts are made up of electrons, "and when a person dies, the astral body remains on Earth for about three days," but a certain percentage of the electrons linger after that and resemble the shape of the once-living person, Chong detailed.

Chong said that ET technologies are being withheld from the public, and the way that we can discern UFOs is that human-made craft are triangular while alien ships are spherical. According to Desmarquet, to move through the vast distances of deep space, the Thiaooubans use a combination of traveling faster than the speed of light and teleportation. Further, they use antigravity on their home world for their transportation needs.

The ETs have also offered information about Earth mysteries, said Chong: The Great Pyramid is an energy center that captures cosmic energy, in order to communicate with ETs on other planets, while the Bermuda Triangle is an entry to a portal to a parallel universe. According to the Thiaooubans, the US military developed a time machine but made a mistake in adopting the wavelength-- instead, they should have used the "vibration of the Akashic Records." Chong also talked about his translation of the book "334 ‰ Lies: The Revelation of H. M. v. Stuhl," which deals with secret societies and the Illuminati.

A certified court interpreter and Chinese translator in Los Angeles, Samuel Chong, was instrumental in organizing the Chinese publication of Desmarquet's book, Thiaoouba Prophecy: The Golden Planet, which has been a bestseller in both China and Taiwan, a rare phenomenon. He also translated the book "334 ‰ Lies: The Revelation of H. M. v. Stuhl", an autobiography of the High Master of the Chair of a secret society that was started in Germany.
