The spirits of the Gilbert and Ellice Isles communicate with Sir Arthur Grimble

The Gilbert and Ellice Islands is a tiny group of islands in the Pacific Ocean. There were only about 30,000 people in the entire area in the early 1900s and it had one administrator - Sir Arthur Grimble. The islands were a Kahuna stronghold in those days – the mystic movement of the Pacific area. And Sir Arthur recounts how he met the whistling spirits of the islands via an old lady able to communicate with them.
