Civil Lawsuits Are Trust Actions - You Are Not the Defendant

Are you being sued by a bank, credit card company, or other corporation?

Receiving a summons for a civil claim can provoke anxiety, and that's by design - they want to put you in fear.

Would you be surprised to learn that you are not the defendant?
