Today's Terrible Judge: Arthur Willis

A #Chicago man faces attempted murder charges after he attacked two Chicago Public #Library workers and a 77-year-old library patron with a metal bookend. Prosecutors said two of the victims suffered skull fractures.

Accused of the crime is 26-year-old #CalvinWilliams, a man who surfaced in February 2021 after he kicked a four-year-old boy in the face at the #Belmont CTA station in Lakeview. He got a four-year prison sentence for that attack but was released after serving half of that sentence by Judge #ArthurWillis of #CookCounty .
