Locking of Public Park facilities to the Public

I was "lucky" to get into the arena today as someone cut the locks.
But this arena has now been locked since April 7th 2024.
San Diego county is allowing the City of Chula vista, who annexed the
Rohr Park, to hand over the facilities to a Private Club, who is now locking out the public, from public park facilities.

I'm going to keep speaking out about this until this arena is opened back
up to the public.
