7. Lawton, were the two gangs let out on the yard on purpose? Two killed, a number of inmates injured and one CO hurt. DOC classified the incident as a group disruption and belittled JJ for calling it a mini riot. I believe when 2 possibly 3 are dead and many are injured it was more than a disruption.
