why didn't Israel use Pegasus on October 7th?

I thought about what was going on in Israel and then all of a sudden remembered about a program that Dan bongino told us about almost a year ago. it's called Pegasus and it's made to go on to cell phones and iOS Android to spy it is used by law enforcement and governments around the world and it was created by Israel.

the company that manages and created Pegasus is NOS. as you can see in this email I contact NOS and ask them a very simple question. if you have broken up pedophile rings Mass bombings terroristic events all over the world, how come you didn't know October 7th was coming? how come you're not using it to watch Hamas or are you? or is this another one of your military industrial complex plots? because something doesn't smell kosher
