How this cake got me out of a slump

If you’ve ever felt sad like you’re in a deep dark hole alone, I’m going to share with you what works for me to get out of that sadness. All while making a cake together!

This cake was made with the @Sugarologie cak-ulator tool! I just happened to see her video on it one day and I thought it was so COOL and helpful. The recipes used in this video are hers, Carrot Lover’s cake and also the Russian Buttercream. The only difference is that I added 4 oz of cream cheese instead of leaving it plain like she does. I felt like I should share the real life struggles I have, in hopes that it could help someone else. Or at least connect so we can talk about it.

My 3 tips: Do something to change up your daily routine, Move your body, talk to friends or family and of course bake a dessert! In my case it was this Carrot cake and cream cheese frosting!
