Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping surprised the world with holding their 43rd meeting this week. This is at the same time as the U.S. and E.U. have threatened Chinese banks with sanctions and the U.S. issued tariffs on products related to green energy. Coincidence?
