COPS 🚔 STOP BULL 🐂 from riding SHUTGUN in a Crown Vic down highway

Police boulevard man who is driving down the highway with a giant adult bull sticking out of the roof of his car because there is no roof because he ripped it off so he could drive around with his buddy. The patrol officer made the mistake more than once of referring to the Bull riding in passenger seat as a cow. Luckily there appeared to be more pricing matters at hand; That said, if the officer wasn't busy writing a ticket or a warning, I think he might be trying to milk that bowl. I'd go. As far as to say, it probably wouldn't be the first time milking a bull. That's neither her or there is between that Person and the bull. I hope happiness for them both.
