We use the software Jamtaba [Vst2 or standalone] Or Reaper with rea-ninjam.You can play in sync with people all over the world but not in real time, there is a buffer and the ninjam/jamtaba bpm and bpi is the master bpm and bpi.For video we use Vdoninja.For streaming we use OBS
