Dan seems to recycle all his jokes on each show, by now this should cover the entire saga. There is no victim, city, or state powerful enough to fight organized crime, they do not stand a chance. There is a giant war lobby covering all of this up, everyone with eyes to see and ears to hear can say 2+2=4.
