I recently challenged Ruben Gallego, to a debate on the one issue that he likes to talk about.

And unlike Joe Biden, Gallego didn't dare to agree to that debate.

It's because the minute Joe goes off script, the American people will know he's mentally diminished, but the minute Gallego starts ad-libbing, they're going to know he's radical and unhinged.
