Disel Paratha

Paratha is a type of flatbread originating from the Indian subcontinent, widely enjoyed in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. It is made by cooking whole wheat dough on a griddle, often with ghee (clarified butter) or oil, and can be either plain or stuffed with various fillings.
