There Are Crimes Being Committed In The NYC Courthouse Right Now: Levin

Mark Levin: "The issue isn't just whether or not Bob Costello should testify and that his information is really quite remarkable and it contradicts Michael Cohen. The issue is the crimes that have been and are being committed in that courthouse now by Michael Cohen and by the District Attorney's Office.  Suborning perjury is a felony. The number one witness is Bob Costello. The failure to elicit information from him while he was in the grand jury, the covering up of certain e-mails that would demonstrate that Cohen is a liar and that Trump did nothing. The conversations he had with the District Attorney's Office on the Zoom prior to giving grand jury testimony, these are material pieces of information and you are not allowed. If you are a prosecutor put somebody on the stand who you know to be a liar about the issues that you're going to raise or is likely to be a liar about the issues you're going to raise, or if you don't know that they're going to be a liar about the issues you're going to raise.  It's called suborning perjury, it is a felony and now, I'm accusing the district attorney and his office of suborning perjury and committing multiple felonies, maybe more than 34. That needs to be investigated right now.”
