Ellendale Minnesota City Council-Rules for THEE but not for ME (Them!).

Ellendale, Minnesota (Pop less than 700) enacted new codification ordenances in 2022 that very few citizens have knowledge of and are aware of, AND, One City Council Member THREATENED a property owner with "Harassment" by the City Council stating that they (The City) is now going to enforce every single ordinance against just this one. AND,;true to light, that started the very next day! Not to be outdone, the property owner learned, studied, and quoted their own ordinances that they didn't follow,

This is Phase ONE (1) of many in an ongoing case, very likely headed to costly litigation for the City, already served with one Notice of Intent to sue for failing to answer and comply with Minnesota State Statute 13 regarding submitted public data requests.
