On this day, King Cobra embarks on an adventurous endeavor to create a unique Skittles-flavored mead, which he dubs "Skittles Mead," in his new residence. He starts by adding two cups of sugar and a significant amount of honey to a fermentation jar, aiming to provide ample food for the yeast. To enhance the flavor, he introduces several cans of C4 Skittles-flavored energy drink, adding a fun twist to the traditional mead recipe. Cobra also incorporates yeast nutrients and a small amount of turbo yeast, which is known for its fast fermentation, and ensures to leave space at the top of the jar for fermentation activity. Despite some minor challenges, such as a cracked lid which he secures with tape, he is optimistic about the outcome, planning to allow a month for fermentation and eager to see if the final product will truly embody the distinctive taste of Skittles.
