Come to Jesus today asking for forgiveness and that you want to fully submit and trust Him again with your total attention, for today and all your tomorrows. Ask Him to help you stay on path and remain dedicated, focused to following in His steps. And may we always thank our Lord for helping us even when we don't deserve it.
