Noodle Salad with Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:

1 pack of wide noodles
1 cup of sweet corn
3 tablespoons of cooked or canned green peas
1 semi-cooked carrot
6 pickles
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Ingredients for the dressing:

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
5 tablespoons of thick yogurt
1 clove of grated garlic
1 teaspoon of mustard sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and let them cool.
In the meantime, chop and grate the rest of the vegetables and mix them together.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Combine the cooled noodles with the vegetables, then pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well.
Place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.

رسپی سالاد نودل با سبزیجات و پنیر
مواد لازم:
1 بسته نودل پهن
1 لیوان ذرت شیرین
3 قاشق غذاخوری نخود فرنگی پخته یا کنسروی
1 عدد هویج نیم پز
6 عدد خیارشور
1 عدد فلفل دلمه
نصف لیوان پنیر خورد شده
....................... مواد لازم برای سس:
2 قاشق غذاخوری سس مایونز
5 قاشق غذاخوری ماست سفت
1 حبه سیر رنده شده
1 قاشق مربا خوری سس خردل
نمک و فلفل سیاه بمقدار لازم
طرز تهیه:
نودل را در آب در حال جوش میریزیم و با توجه به دستور پخت نودل میگذاریم بپزد و بعد آبکش کرده و اجازه میدهیم تا سرد شود. در این فاصله سایر سبزیجات را خورد و رنده میکنیم و با هم مخلوط میکنیم. در پایان تمام مواد سس را با هم مخلوط کرده و روی سالاد میریزیم و خوب مخلوط کرده و30 دقیقه در یخچال میگذاریم تا سرد شود. نوش جان
