vaxxident? tanker truck creates a big problem

I searched for a while trying to find where, when, why , who and came up with nothing. But I did find this sort of thing is not uncommon.
Keep your distance when near a semi hauling flammables is all I can say.
I either pass and speed ahead of them, or drop back to a safe distance...you never know these days...
