But now another question is raised by the VMAT2 gene Deletion. Something I've always considered:
In Daniel 9, 11 & 12 it has been commonly taught that the antichrist will defile the holist place of a future 3rd temple in Jerusalem and set himself up to be god.
I do not believe there is going to be a 3rd temple built for many reasons. Mostly because those inhabiting the land of Palestine today are not Jews or the Israel of God, only those who belong to Christ are. Those rather, are liars of "The Synagogue of Satan" (Revelation 2:9 & 3:9).

These passages in Daniel I believe, are speaking in a spiritual context. The Bible refers to our physical/spiritual bodies as the temple where God dwells and if evil men can concoct a Jab that can destroy our soul, which is our connection to our creator, then he, the antichrist has effectively stolen our soul, and made it his own, defiling the temple where God dwells.

Jesus said to the woman at the well:
"Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
John 4:21-24
