The corrupt Australia Act 1986

What are we "The People" being ruled under? Its not the constitution as the Australia Act 1986 makes its corporate fiction the ruling authority of its "citizens". However the AU act has not been bought to the people for ratification and was ratified by the parliament of the day to be inline with its federal exit strategy making it the sovereign over the people of Australia with no constitution or voice from the people. The main problem with this act and its proclamation of sovereignty is that a constitution must be a part of any institution that calls its self sovereign. We haver no constitution under that act, therefore we must push through the assumption that this act rules over its people and move from this legal fiction of corporate law and under the higher law of the land and the crown constitution that at least has its founding firstly under god.
