13. By using the hands (as tools) to block the entrances (ears, eyes, lips) in all directions, the eyebrow center is pierced and bindu (or light) is seen. Being gradually absorbed within that, the supreme state is realized.

How And Why?
By using our hands as tools, we understand what they are. We reconnect the soul to the body. But the soul still sees itself as its own and the body as a tool. In this case our hands.

Results
Feeling Of Me Inside a Body. I can move inside me. I can feel me and feel that my body is separate from me and I control it more.
