Is Katie Washnok, the person primarying property rights fighter Carl Perry, true on her campaign promises, or is it just talk?

We dig into her campaign finance reports and end up finding connections to Lee Shoenbeck's PAC, SD Strong, among others!
The connections: Dakota Legacy donated to Washnok, and SD Strong donated to Dakota Legacy, which we find out at near the end of the video.
