WMD: Hooked on Phonics Works for Zelensky

The kids can't read and it's making Volodymyr Zelenskyy rich. Although the US is the lone super power in the world, it apparently can't dedicate enough resources to get its population to read proficiently. With 21% of the US voting population functionally illiterate, is it any wonder they keep voting for the same politicians and policies that keep sending their tax dollars to the bank accounts of the leaders of foreign countries and keep the war pigs fat at the public trough?
