Recipe and ingredients:
800-1000 g beef
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt, black pepper
25 g corn starch
Stir and let marinate for 30 minutes
150 g butter, some vegetable oil
The marinade will be useful later
Roast for 20 minutes until lightly browned
Potato
Cook in salted water
1 large onion
3-5 garlic cloves
Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika
Balsamic soy sauce
1 glass of water
Simmer for 30-40 minutes
bunch parsley
Cook over low heat until thickened
Turn off the heat and let it stand for 10 minutes
great dinner for the whole family!
