The Israeli and al-Qaeda Connection

During the conflict in Syria, the former head of Mossad, Efraim Halevy admitted on al-Jazeera news that Israel has a policy to treat wounded members of terrorist organization, al-Qaeda under 'humanitarian considerations' but when asked specifically about doing the same for other proscribed armed groups such as Hezbollah - nevermind ordinary wounded civilians in Gaza - his attitude was very different.
In a similar context we see a very similar pattern in Ukraine where the (currently unelected) Zelensky works alongside extremist neonazis like the Azov Brigade or fascist groups like Svoboda and The Right Sector. Intel agencies like Mossad seem absolutely content to work alongside terrorists to kill thousands of people anywhere just to dislodge secular sovereign leaders they don't agree with.
