Billboard Chris was previously ordered by the Australian government to remove a post where he refers to Teddy Cook, a woman, as a woman. Teddy Cook is an extremist trans-activist who encourages sexual bondage, bestiality, public nudity, drug use, and taxpayer-funded sex-change operations. She has been hired by the World Health Organization (WHO) to help write their global policy on health care for "trans" people.

If Billboard Chris does not remove the post, or if Twitter (X) does not remove it on his behalf, Elon Musk can face a fine upwards of $800,000. In their appeal, Billboard Chris and his attorney were just ordered by the Australian judge to refer to this woman as "He" in court documents and proceedings.
