Drunk and Demanding: The Most Painful DUI Stop

On 15th March 2023, officers were dispatched in reference to a drunk driver. The female seemed heavily intoxicated when approached by the police. The female was not ready to cooperate with the officers and did not come out of her car even after their repeated requests. The female repeatedly denied the officer’s request to comply. The officers came up with an alternative to get the female into the police unit. The female soon started having seizures, prompting the officers to decide to place her on her side. Soon, medics arrived on the scene to check the female. Even after being transported to jail, the female continued to resist the police. The female was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and misdemeanor.
