INGREDIENTS:
1 Eggplant
Tomato puree 120g
1 Mozzarella
Cherry tomatoes 100g
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Dried thyme

COOKING:
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes
- Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes
