Just with a bluetooth joystick and a simple cardboard headset, i also recommend a strong gaming phone with Octocore 8 giga ram. (i exclude a lot of games because they are not running in good speed enough or have a very bad 3D stereoscopy .)

i recommend also to put the quality in PPSSPP in 2X for the graphics , not more 3X or 4X will make the games slow.
