INGREDIENTS:
3 potatoes.
3 chicken eggs.
Salt and pepper.
2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
120g of your favorite cheese.
Green parsley.
50-70 g sour cream or natural yogurt.
A little vegetable oil, 50 g butter.
Fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.
