Queen Victoria's Letters Patent were issued to the first Governor General, who carried them to Australia. He oversaw the establishment of the Commonwealth of Australia with a Constitution. That constitution is a workplace contract between We the People and our public SERVANTS, the Politicians, judges, and bureaucracy. It is there to limit their powers to govern. We elect the servants. A servant does not tell a MASTER what to do, does it?
