Dazelle Peters is 17. She needs a double lung transplant, but Saint Vincent's Hospital in Sydney is refusing to put her on the transplant list. They say she must first have four Covid shots. She does not want to take them. Now, after many, many months of waiting for policies to change, her health has seriously worsened.
