Beverage of the Evening

The drink of unknown origin? This was a bit of a random concoction on my part based on a sale of orange aperitivo at my local liqueur spot.

Add a heavy rock of ice to a rocks glass, add 3oz of Grapefruit vodka (dealers choice deep eddy is best) then add 3/4 oz of an orange aperitivo of your choice I used Cristiani, but Campari or Aperol would by better. Stir, then add club soda to top.

YUM!
