"It Was a RUSE" MORE PROOF Breaking 18 U.S. Code § 1001

Watch Bruce Surplus's nose grow after admitting that Benton County Sheriff Tom Croskrey and the deputies created a ruse against me to kidnap me on August 17, 2023 at 8:58am, so they could steal my car. I was there to show my evidence of bank fraud and arranged this meeting with Jerrad Jech August 16, 2023 for a meeting the next morning. But that didn't happen and this "ruse" was created to lure me there. These are people who are supposed to be protecting us and instead they are following orders even if its based on lies and deception. And in fact they lie and deceive. We are paying them to harm us, steal, kick us out of our homes for the banks when the bank provided $0? All debt is fraud.

HAPO Community Credit Union in Kennewick, WA is committing fraud against not only me but all of their members, and they have the Benton County Courts and Sheriff Department in their back pocket!

18 U.S. Code § 1001 - Statements or entries generally
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. If the matter relates to an offense under chapter 109A, 109B, 110, or 117, or section 1591, then the term of imprisonment imposed under this section shall be not more than 8 years.

Time to start using the laws against these lying thieves that gladly do so under the guise of "Official Powers". This does not make it right and if you have been that blind to believe that, then you deserve any punishment you get under the law. Because you are BREAKING LAWS DEEP STATE!

Since I continue to be blocked at each front I will be more fervent in sharing the criminality that goes on against the people who are being frauded against. Committed no crimes. But they commit crimes, ignore evidence and remain silent as they are the bull dogs for the banks, insurance companies and corporations.

We are sitting ducks in this system until we open our eyes to the regime that is coming down the pike if we don't put a halt to it NOW!
