The Making Of An American, Connecticut State Department Of Americanization (1920 Black & White Film)

During his recovery, he sees a multilingual notice at the Post Office encouraging immigrants to learn English at night school. Driven by determination, he completes his classes and secures a supervisory role at Hartford Rubber Works, demonstrating how learning English can greatly enhance one's quality of life and opportunities for success.
