A massive manhunt is underway in St. Petersburg, Florida for the motorist who left tire marks on a Gay Pride Crosswalk. The mayor is calling it a hate crime. Don't heterosexual motorists and pedestrians know they are not allowed to utilize the LGBT crosswalks?
