Arrest Warrant for unpaid public pretender fees!? :/ huh?

Winona County Courthouse acts as if they never took an oath to protect the Constitution. They are doing anything and everything to find a way to arrest me on anything, its funny because technically on Rule 20 I'm not responsible for criminal actions, I literally could see them arresting me and putting me in the hospital in Minneapolis for unpaid Public Pretender fees out of Winona County, right before one of my next Court dates. The law doesn't even matter to these people. This is a serious shout out to my White Hats! I need support, like never before.Please help!
