Are Men All Pausing?

Universe whispered in my ear, "manopause". So I looked it up. What I found repulsed me. Probably not for the reasons you think. I'm very tempted to do the macho thing and assure you, ladies, that no such affliction is ailing your very uber, but nontoxic, masculine vagabond. But I don't get my T tested and I have no symptoms. Plus, I'm not available anyway. Ha ha.
Anyway, as usual my research spun out of control into, well you'll see for yourself.

Oh yeah, it's also a workout Wednesday at the monkey bars. We're heavily influenced by fitness influencers because we're trying to make moves we shudda learned when we were kids. Playing catch-up, but we can't get there from where we are now. So we must train now to train better later. We've done this before.
From an educational perspective, I learned quite a bit about health and body functions when I was in the fitness game. Even more when I got out of it. Peeps don't want to hear exercise science from their PT/therapist, just "how fast can I reach my goals?" So I experiment on my own vessel.
I knew at the turn of the millennium that sarcopenea, low T, high BP, were all health threats so I did what I could to avoid them. So far, so good.
Avoidance is an art.
