Your conscious mind will eventually give up trying to understand the affirmations in our recordings & the information will go directly into your subconscious mind.

Usually this means that this is the affirmation that you need to work on the most. To overcome this resistance try imagining that you actually do believe in that particular affirmation for a few weeks & see if your life changes.

✳️ I don’t like the way one of the affirmations is worded.

Affirmations generally need to be phrased positively and in the present tense, however try not to get too caught up in the semantics of a particular affirmation. Your subconscious mind will not allow one or two affirmations to derail your overall progress/success.

✳️ Can I trust that these subliminal affirmations are safe?

Yes, I can assure you that these statements are completely safe. I aim to help people overcome negative patterns to live their best and fullest life. I do not get joy from conning or harming people. On top of this, your subconscious mind will tell you within a few days if the subliminal affirmations are unsafe. You will feel uncomfortable and out of alignment in your daily life.

If you are still sceptical, then you could create your own subliminal tracks with some basic computer audio software (Audacity, Garageband, etc), your computer/phone microphone, and some background music/nature sounds.
