7 Ball Control Patterns | Soccer Training At Home
Here is a 7 pattern ball control session you can try right now. All you need is a ball and a few feet of space. When you get comfortable with the ball at your feet everything else about the game of soccer becomes a lot easier.
Work on these ball mastery patterns every day and you will raise the level of your play and your confidence, too.
Perform each pattern for 100 to 200 touches. This will give you a pretty short session of 700 to 1400 touches.
If you have a little more time, try, 300 or even 500 touches!
You could do 100 touches per pattern, take a brief rest and repeat four more times for a total of 5 rounds and 3,500 touches.
