This is a personal character from a campaign where it began with all the characters dead and sent to the Nine Hells. Tal'starion was an artificer and a part of a nearly extinct race that died during an ancient war where they were forced to seal themselves in vaults to avoid death at the hands of their powerful weapons. He awoke and discovered that most of his race had long since died, including his family. He traveled the world but eventually, he died while he was alive he began to form a plan to unite all life into a single being, taking the souls of all that came before and the current to make one being. He never reached that goal but he and his fellow dead souls took over the first layer of hell. Though he still hasn't completed his goal, that doesn't mean he isn't still trying.
