Kandaras removes documents given to the commissioners and refuses to redistribute them plus steals over 65 seconds of my 180 seconds and refuses 3 times to restart my timer. Then calls recess when I try top reclaim my lost time. This Washoe County board has either yielded it's power to the DA or the DA's office has taken it from them. They are no longer running this county.
