Affordable Housing

HB 2328 appropriates funds to buy specific parcels/buildings in town and renovate them into affordable housing.

This sounds like an admirable idea knowing that affordable housing is a big issue in our state, but the government does a poor job at managing rentals and almost anything. The private sector is almost always superior then the government in handling issues, including affordable housing.
