Restaurant Copycat Grilled Chicken Verde Recipe

This is one of my favorite Mexican food recipes and I think you'll see why. Grilled, marinated chicken covered in onions and roasted Anaheim chiles, smothered in a spicy salsa verde. Served with some frijoles refritos and a Mexican caesar salad. The Salsa Verde recipe will be over on the Guillermo's Cocina channel along with the cilantro lime caesar dressing recipe (still to come as of 5/14/24). Enjoy!
