A Series of Unfortunate Events (July 2020)

Andrew plays an audio recording to an officer of an unknown man briefly confronting him then leaving. The officer informs Andrew that no crime was committed by this man (6:30.) When Andrew finds out that he can't sue the unknown man or Tom, he decides to go to the station to file complaints (7:45.)

Also noteworthy:
3:35- A loud car, no reaction from Andrew.
5:15 – they're dropping these charges
13:05- Scarpena requested Andrew take a video down
13:45 – First iteration of the the 2 dinosaurs 'joke' Bob supposedly told Andrew.
15:35, 16:05 - Andrew shows the channels 'Andrew Ditch- The Poopy Pants Files' and 'Andrew Poopy Pants Ditch' to the cops.
15:02- Crinklz spotted on screen for the first time: “Dad bring me either of these diapers I am almost out.”
16:30- Loud squeaky breaks, no reaction from Andrew.
