Our breath can give us a sense of calm, serenity,and healing that is so vital to inner peace andtranquility. Using our breath energy for focus can calmanxiety, stress, and clear your mind of intrusivethoughts. A breathing meditation can be used for somany purposes, such as during yoga, when doing awalking meditation, or calming your mind before sleep.
