This CHEESE AND SPINACH pie melts in your mouth! Very simple and tasty! Save this recipe!

Dough:
✔Wheat flour - 200 g.
✔Butter - 80 g.
✔Baking powder - 1 tsp.
✔Sugar - 1 tsp.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Egg - 1 pc.
✔Cold water - 1-2 tbsp. l.
✔Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l. (not necessary)
Filling:
✔Spinach - 300 g.
✔Onion - 1-2 pcs.
✔A little vegetable oil for frying.
✔Cheese (I used mozzarella) - 200 g.
✔Salt - to taste.
✔Black ground pepper - to taste.
Fill:
✔Eggs - 2 pcs.
✔Sour cream or thick yogurt - 3 tbsp. l.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔More love and good mood (required).
